Contact usBilka Soft is a traditional roofing membrane made of PE woven fabric , featuring a micro-perforated thermo-reflective layer, designed for use in double-ventilated roof structures.
This membrane does not allow water vapour to pass through; therefore, a ventilation gap must be ensured between the membrane and the thermal insulation. It must be installed parallel to the eaves, with a minimum overlap of 10 cm, taking into account the water drainage direction on the roof slope. The membrane must not be overlapped over the roof ridge, in order to allow proper vapour evacuation at the ridge.
The Bilka Soft anti-condensation membrane has dimensions of 1.5 × 50 meters and is supplied in rolls.

Installation rules:
When used as an under-roof membrane, installation must comply with current standards (DIN 4108). As it is not vapour-permeable, it must be installed with ventilation above and below, fixed onto rafters with counter-battens, with the metallized side facing the roofing. The membrane must not be overlapped over the roof ridge to ensure proper vapour evacuation.
The membrane must be installed parallel to the eaves, with a minimum overlap of 10 cm, following the water drainage direction. It has normal resistance to thermal load (with proper ventilation max. 70°C), operating temperature range 0°C – 40°C, and maximum exposure period of 4 weeks.
Storage conditions:
Store away from radiant heat and direct sunlight, in a dry and covered area.
Service life:
When storage rules are respected, the product maintains its properties for 5 years from the date of purchase.
Warranty:
In accordance with current regulations, subject to compliance with transport and installation conditions specified by the distributor and presentation of the purchase invoice.
